One day, someone is going to get to the very essence of the Kardashians, discover and analyze all that they are, all that they project, figure them out both as a group of people, and as cultural icons, determine their place as contributors to the zeitgeist and how their life narratives have contributed to the Western canon.
Today is not that day. Today we’re going to go over how the myriad of ways in which the Kardashians are like the savage Dothraki from HBO novel-adaptation Game of Thrones.
The first realization of the similarities came after noticing that Khal Drogo is pretty much identical to Khloe Kardashian. One might even ask oneself while watching Game of Thrones for the first time, “Khloe Kardashian is in this?”
She is not. But it is almost as if the casting director noticed the following similarities, and chose to cast accordingly, or as if a prophetic George R.R. Martin molded the Dothraki after the non-yet-famous spawn of attorney Robert Kardashian.
One might say that it would be better to compare the Kardashians to one of the high society, powerful families in Westeros, but the only thing high society about the Kardashians is their net worth.
