Susie embodies the contemporary, so we ventured to Brisbane’s Gallery of Modern Art to check out how Australia does it with the exhibition, Contemporary Australia: Women. Turns out, they do it damn well with a stunningly curated show including installation, sculpture, painting and photography by 33 Australian artists.  Our favorite was the huge tree-like knitted and found object installation in the entry way by Hiromi Tango.
