The new trailer for a short directed by Frank Miller for the ‘Gucci Guilty’ fragrance campaign has been released and it screams guilty. Best known for his graphic novels and their adaptations, in particular ‘Sin City’, Miller has stayed true to his surrealist film noir aesthetic and carved Gucci a new persona by creating a world with fast paced cars and forbidden affairs headed by what Gucci has dubbed a ‘daredevil heroin’. If that wasn’t enough the advert has a killer soundtrack by Friendly Fires.
The short stars Evan Rachel Wood (True Blood) and Chris Evans (The Fantastic Four) and will premiere exclusively online tomorrow with a special Director’s Cut to be shown at The MTV Music Video Awards on September 12.
