Directed by master director Ruth Hogben, this provocative short film features Miss Kloss as a sexually charged chameleon in many guises—starting with a Catherine Zeta Jones in Chicago-esque sultry flapper, through to variations of an old world glamour blonde bombshell and fur jacket bearing rockstar (Kate Moss?)—who collectively tease and seduce us with a flick or flutter of the hair, whip, eyelashes or satin lingerie strap through the vertigo-effect lens of the camera. Featuring some heady, brooding imagery that scream sex (red-light district style lighting, hazy close-ups) not to mention scenes with two Klosses cavorting about on a zebra print lounge or bed, this is fashion porn at its best.
This follows on from Kloss’s recent barley-there fashion editorial stints for Vogue Italia and Allure, as well as a collaboration with SHOWstudio’s Nick Knight earlier this year in a rockabilly inspired film we covered.
Not surprisingly, the film is part of a project by creative powerhouse SHOWstudio to explore the contentious relationship between fashion and fetishism through the eyes of women working in the fashion industry. With Daphne Guinness, Lily Donaldson, Liberty Ross and Dasha Zhurkova also on board for the series, we can’t wait to see the next fetish inspired installment.
