Handmade in Melbourne, Australia, ethical denim label Nobody called upon natural beauty Rachel Rutt to front their Spring 2012 collection, TONAL. Rich in deep, earth tones, the latest collection celebrates the eco-friendly mantra surrounding the innovative label, showcasing the three, complete TONAL denim looks comprising of Green Envy, Blue America and Grey Phantom blends against camouflaging backdrops of iconic Australian landscapes, from luscious green rainforests, to clear blue beach skies and grey cave enclosures. The Cult Skinny jean, along with new Spring ready styles such as the Cut Off Shirt and Sevighn Vest make a welcome appearance to the laid back collection, with an emphasis on cool versatility.

Directed by Sydney based collaborative duo Alice Wesley-Smith and Kasia Werstak who make up AEON, a glitchy and erratic soundtrack by Nick Luke is juxtaposed against fluid, soft movements from the endearing model, while the natural aesthetic of Nobody is projected into all elements of the fashion film, stripping away (literally) to the bare essentials in order to showcase the raw subtleties of the design process and ultimate second-skin-like fit.
