When little Dede tells something, nobody ever listens. At school he is the smallest and at home the baby twins make a lot of noise. His parents hardly have time for him.
One day, Dede finds a dog, who walks him home and becomes his friend. But Dede’s father discovers the dog and sends him to the pound. Now Dede is alone again, but something has changes; whenever he opens his mouth he barks like a real dog…
