To vote on the 2010 Portable Film Festival, you need to register and sign-in. We do this to avoid dispassionate spammers who tend to inundate video sites like ours with all kinds of crap. You can cast your vote on any film in the festival, but please note that your vote is final i.e. you can’t change it once it’s cast. You are able to score each film between 1 to 5, with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest. Many other factors are considered including the amount of time a video has been viewed and the amount of total votes cast. As a result many films will have a 5 rating, however there can be only one winner and we use our discretion in determining that winner. In any dispute, the festival program coordinators will have final say in the outcome and the result will be final. Needless to say, the more that a film is watched and voted on, the greater the chance of it winning.
Voting closes midnight Sunday the 19th of December, Eastern/US Time and we will announce the winners on Wednesday the 21st of December.
If you think that anyone is up to something fishy with voting, please notify us as soon as possible and we will punish them to the full extent of the internet.
