Synopsis
When composer Roberto Carlos Lange and aural sculptor David Ellis combined their respective talents, Liberty was born.
The kinetic sound sculpture is designed to look like an unassuming trash can to passers-by. It’s not until the contents become “alive” and move in time to a contagious rhythm that the piece is transformed into a wonderful, inanimate musical experience.
Liberty is a Portable Film Festival Official Selection in 2010.
