Synopsis
Italian art collective Quiet Ensemble created Quintetto to translate the nuances of natural movement into a sensory experience.
Using five fish tanks (each with only one occupant) and computer software, the movements of each fish is translated into sound, with the complete collection forming what Quiet Ensemble describes as one of the “invisible concerts of everyday life.”
Quintetto is a Portable Film Festival Official Selection for 2010.
