Maybe it's time to watch some great movies about loneliness so as to find some solace in fictional brotherhood with people just as lonely as you are.
Some of my favorite movies of all time are so bad that they bypass the terrible factor and have some kind of redeemable quality that ultimately makes them good. So follow your heart and embrace the Zach Galifinakis' and Adam Sandler's of the world because lets face it, there is no getting rid of them.
We millennials have revived “sad culture,” more or less, because wearing all black, carrying tattered library books, and listening to depressing songs make us feel introspective and deep and stuff. But if you take a look back at some of the movies we watched during the 90s, you might be able to attribute some of those sadboy/sadgirl characteristics to the films that made us bawl our eyes out while squeezing on Capri Suns.
