Dancing at the Movies by Mart138 on YouTube

In the spirit of Harry Hanrahan’s movie mash-ups (like the one we shared with you here) a YouTube user who calls himself Mart138 has compiled this fan little video featuring some of the most memorable dance sequences ever captured on film.

It features the obvious ones like Saturday Night Fever, Dirty Dancing and Save the Last Dance, as well as Honey, Flashdance, Footloose, Strictly Ballroom, West Side Story, Moulin Rouge, Moonwalker, Clerks II and Singin’ In the Rain, all set to Kenny Loggins’ Footloose.

I don’t know about you, but I have every intention of showing this to anyone who says they don’t like musicals, and daring them to not tap/sing/dance along (note: singing along is the most difficult; Mira Sorvino was right).
