This might be a big statement, but there probably isn’t a video in existence that is more adorable than this. It’s official. We’ve fallen in love with a shell. He’s got one eye and he wears shoes. He has a pet dog called Alan who he found under a tooth and who’s made out of lint – because lint is a shell’s best friend. He hang glides with a Dorito. He uses a raisin as a beanbag. He has made us at the Portable offices want a Marcel in our lives.

The voice of Marcel comes from Jenny Slate, Saturday Night Live cast member and all-round funny gal with a knack for writing and voicing a shell. We’re in love.
