After viewing Robert Pattinson’s first post-breakup interview with Jon Stewart on The Daily Show, one can’t help but hope he has the love of a good bro to keep him going, or at least a store of films that put ‘bros before hos.’ And when R-Patz gets home, pulls on his slanket or snuggie and grabs his ice cream, I propose that he watch some fine examples of the bromance genre to start the healing process.
The Bromance genre is defined by its focus on two heterosexual male characters and their relationship with one another. No matter the storyline, these films are concerned with the union of two men whose differing personalities complement each other perfectly. And there’s usually some car chases and explosions as well.
So these are for you, R-Patz.
