‘Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: A Look Inside’ Trailer 4 HD from TheHollywoodCinema on YouTube
It’s been a long time coming, but the Edgar Wright-directed, Michael Cera-starring Scott Pilgrim vs. The World is now so close we can practically smell it.
Adapted from Bryan Lee O’Malley’s beloved independent comic book series (the final instalment of which is slated for release next week), the film sees Cera’s hero fall for Ramona (Deathproof’s Mary Louise Winstead) who, in all the “nice to meet you”s and making out pleasantries, fails to mention her seven exes, each of whom Scott must defeat to win his lady love.
Wright has assembled an A-grade cast to battle our protagonist, including Chris “Captain America” Evans, Jason Schwartzman and Mae Whitman, who played Cera’s girlfriend Anne in Arrested Development.
Scott Pilgrim vs. The World goes into widespread release next month.
