After the release of the heart racing trailer for Baz Luhrmann’s The Great Gatsby remake/literary interpretation, we’ve been able to think of little else. With the movie not set for release until winter, we’re prepared to spend the rest of the year speculating, wishing and dreaming of Luhrmann’s re-imagined version of the 1925 legendary novel/1974 classic film. And as much as we’re excited to see Luhrmann put his auter’s touch to his creation, there are a few elements of the original movie (which was as true to the book as one would hope) we’d like to see unchanged.
