Picasso once said, “Every child is an artist; the problem is staying an artist when you grown up.”
Milan-based photographer Giulia Bersani doesn’t seem to have that problem. The 20 year old has a knack for capturing the innocent nature of her subjects, which lends her photography a delicate sense of childlike wonder. With an impressive portfolio of editorials and photoshoots, it’s hard to believe the photographer has only been working professionally for a year. We talked to Bersani about her unique aesthetic, her new editorial for Kneon Magazine, and the amusing struggles of shooting under water.
