Before consuming, please note that this clip may contain traces of: martial arts, beaches, ghosts, a skull, actual ice cream, the Eiffel Tower and bowling.

Battles’ Ice Cream is the lead single from their upcoming sophomore album ‘Gloss Drop. The track is poppier and peppier than anything we’ve heard from them before and it’s great to know that the band hasn’t diminished since the departure of ex-frontman and sonic magician Tyondai Braxton.

Taking the reigns on this video, is Canada (the director, not the country), whose work we can recognise in the already-classic Canada montage style from the popular video for El Guincho’s Bombay.

‘Gloss Drop’ is on the streets in early June.
