We love a brand spankin’ new music vid at Portable, and today we feel pretty honored to bring you the debut video from New York electro duo The Black Soft. The pair have become the darlings of the fashion-meets-music scene, winning over the likes of Nicola Formichetti with their infectious sound (and their good looks, of course). Made up of Chase Coughlin and Joey Topmiller, The Black Soft came to be after the boys met at college. They soon bonded over a love of all things creative, and began building on the sexually-charged electro sound that would become their debut EP.
The new video for Electronicfucksonic captures the essence of The Black Soft: fashion, sex and dancing. Directed by fashion filmmaker and photographer Francisco Garcia, it features trippy black and white kaleidoscopic images that match the gritty disco synths. They may be the new kids on the electro block, but mark our words–these boys are gonna be big.
