Santigold has a Big Mouth

Santigold is back and she’s definitely not skimping on the energy or the funk this year. Prepare to take a dance party journey through brightly colored cacti and patterns up the wazoo. These are just some of the characteristic elements in her newest video for the track Big Mouth, a single from her upcoming, much-anticipated album release ‘Master of My Make Believe’, coming out later this year.

The video is an explosion of colors, textures, patterns, slick dance moves, super creative makeup, and Santigold, shuffling about in all of her bad-ass, funkified glory. This intense visual stimulation combined with the high-octane tribal energy sounds of the track create an experience we wish we could find in real life. Santigold worked with Switch (from Major Lazer) and Buraka Som Sistema to produce this track and Cody Critchecoe was the expert director and illustrator. Props all around!
